Kevin Garn
Kevin has over 40 years of commercial real estate development experience, specializing in the development of hotels, mixed-use projects, retail, office, apartments, restaurants and industrial properties. Kevin is the Principal owner of KSG Properties, along with a number of other businesses and is the Chairman of the Board of First National Bank of Layton. He served in the Utah House of Representatives for fifteen years and retired as House Majority Leader.

Michael Christensen
Michael has over 25 years of commercial real estate development experience. Prior to the formation of GarnDev, he worked at New Plan Excel Realty Trust, Inc., a publicly traded REIT for seven years with a focus in retail development, joint ventures and acquisitions. Previous to his time at New Plan, he worked at Price Waterhouse in the audit and transaction support groups, working primarily with public and private real estate companies.
